Our history

For three generations, the Toson family has managed the Hotel Terme San Lorenzo, constantly seeking to improve the services offered to its guests.

Aware of the benefits of the waters and thermal mud, in 1948 Lorenzo Toson bought land near the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Salute in Monteortone, struck by the beauty offered by the landscape and the tranquility that reigned in the area. Here he built the San Lorenzo guesthouse, to offer guests a comfortable place to rest and enjoy the benefits of thermal treatments.

Lorenzo managed the pension with his wife, three children, daughter-in-law and subsequent grandchildren, to whom he passed down the passion for hospitality and the firmness in the values of the spa tradition as children.

Over the years, Pensione San Lorenzo has grown, evolved and innovated, while maintaining constant attention to the guest and the authenticity of the products offered.

Pools and thermal treatments with mud in Abano Terme

Our treatment department has an agreement with the National Health Service and offers treatment cycles that take advantage of the specific and certified therapeutic properties of the Euganean Mud and the Hyperthermal Water that flows from the subsoil.

Every morning within our facility you will be able to carry out different cycles of treatments under the direction of our Health Director and with the assistance of our specialized operators:

• Mud baths with thermal baths
• Ozonated thermal baths
• Inhalations and aerosols

• Therapeutic and aesthetic massages

Spa wellness

You can also enjoy the benefits of thermal water in our swimming pool, reserved for hotel guests and open every day from 7.30 to 19.00.

Inside the pools there are twelve hydromassage stations and on the outside there is also a path in natural stones, recommended for plantar well-being and cardiovascular reactivation of the lower limbs.

The exposure of the outdoor park also allows you to fully enjoy the sun throughout the day and sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas are available free of charge.

Entertainment

To make your holiday more comfortable, free wi-fi is also available throughout the hotel, private parking, bicycle rental service, water aerobics lessons, a fitness area, a bowling green, a small library and a large green space.
